What You Will Do :
The candidate will support strategic initiatives and operational activities at Guidehouse Clients. This position will be responsible for advising senior-level Client relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, executing long term programmatic planning efforts, strategically responding to emerging priorities, and operating within matrixed teams within a Client Office.
This Position will
Provide expert subject matter expertise in the areas of both Software and Hardware Asset Management.
Oversee the development of best practices and analytics to support the analysis of hardware and software asset resources, portfolios, data, license compliance and optimization, contract management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement an integrated framework for support on software and hardware asset management, using dashboards, workflow, and processes. Tracking systems and methodologies and automation mechanisms.
Support the strategy, oversight, development, and use of IT automation supported by legacy and emerging tools and platforms for all aspects IT asset and portfolio management.
Support preparation and execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and providing coordination, training, and support on change management.
The candidate must be a strong written and oral communicator and be comfortable interacting with clients and serving as confidant of senior consulting leadership.
What You Will Need :
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS Public Trust.
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of TWO (2) years of management and/or technology consulting experience.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Minimum of TEN (10) years of management and/or technology consulting experience with SEVEN (7) years of project and/or program management experience.
Existing TSA or DHS Suitability.
Experience in Federal acquisition policies, requirements, processes, and procedures.
Experience supporting federal government customers and/or prior experience within the federal government.
Managerial and supervisorial responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and career and performance management of consulting staff.
Relevant certifications including but not limited to: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum-master certification, SAFe certification, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification, IT Service Management (ITSM) certification, or IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification.
Showing extensive program management skills including the ability to liaise with technical and business teams and clearly articulate technology concepts to business audiences.
Develop and manage master integration management plans, critical dependency milestone trackers, and dashboards.
Demonstrated experience of hands-on experience providing writing support, go-to-market support, and interfacing with prospective new clientele as it relates to the field of technology management, IT strategy and/or analytics.
Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills targeting all levels of an organization and across business and technical functions leveraging visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Powerpoint).
