What You Will Do :
The "DoD Navy Account Director" position sits within our Defense & Security Segment will advise on a range of mission-related issues on existing engagements and new pursuits. This person will bring depth of experience Department of Defense and National Security issues to the team. This role will be a combination of engagement delivery, new opportunity pursuit with a strong emphasis on thought leadership, client management, team professional growth and development, as well as public speaking.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Engaging with senior executives to analyze and understand business initiatives
Develop and grow a business portfolio supporting key policy and mission deliveries
Manage and support industry leaders
Engage with internal and external partners to develop collaborative environments in support of deliverables
Foster external relationships and brand awareness across industries
What You Will Need :
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher security clearance
A bachelor's degree
FIFTEEN (15) or more years' experience supporting the federal government either through direct employment or as a contractor/consultant
Experience engaging with senior leaders within federal government
Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing
Experience translating policy into programmatic actions
Knowledge of Defense and National Security industry missions and initiatives
What Would Be Nice To Have :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET security clearance or higher
Graduate degree or higher
Experience supporting United States Department of the Navy while engaging with senior Department leaders
