Guidehouse Asset Management Hardware Data Analyst in MCLEAN, Virginia

What You Will Do :

  • Oversee the lifecycle management for all Government Furnished Equipment/Client Furnished Equipment (GFE/CFE) assigned to Guidehouse employees and contingent workers

  • Partner with IT Asset Manager to assist in correctly reflecting the complete lifecycle of all GFE/CFE in the system of record

  • Partner with internal Guidehouse Segment representatives to create processes and procedures to keep CFE/GFE data evergreen in system of record

  • Partner with Human Capital to coordinate returning of GFE/CFE upon termination of employees/contingent workers

  • Uphold and promote the value of asset management policies, processes and procedures within the organization to ensure compliance and reduce risk

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 Year's Experience with IT Asset Management OR 6 Year's experience with IT Asset Management in lieu of degree

  • Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure in a Corporate Environment

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Presentation, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills

  • PC proficiency to include Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint

  • Service Now Asset module experience

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Degree in Business, Finance or IT related field preferred

  • Service Now Incident module experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office

The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
