What You Will Do :

The Business Operations Analyst , will partner with organizational project leaders to provide transparency and conduct analysis of projects quality performance. The Business Operations Analyst will help define key quality performance indicators in collaboration with project Leadership. The Business Operations Analyst will be tasked to conduct in depth quality analysis of the individual project team members monthly and then leverage the data to provide insight into training and educational needs.

In addition to partnering and providing Leadership quality audits and assessments, the Business Operations Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing, approving/denying adjustments as requested by individual team members on all Modular Insurance projects.

Since the Business Operations Analyst will work closely with revenue cycle experts, it is imperative that the qualified candidate have working knowledge of hospital revenue cycle. The selected candidate must be naturally drawn to data with resourceful skills to find value of incomplete data. The Business Reporting Analyst must be equally strong in revenue cycle operations and hands-on business intelligences.

The Business Operations Analyst will structure, design, analyze, evolve and communicate business intelligence projects working cross-functionality with all levels of the organization. The Business Reporting Analyst will report to the Modular Business Operations Manager.

  • Perform Internal Quality audits on all onshore Modular projects where offshore is not able to assist

  • Review, approve/deny team members requested Adjustments on Modular Insurance projects

  • Weekly Collaboration with India regarding India internal quality audits

  • Prepare, attend, and participate fully in Project Monthly Payer Calls

  • Attend leadership meetings.

  • Review AR for identification of Payer Trends and issues within the Project Inventory

  • Review and Breakdown AR for Cash/Aging Opportunities

  • Cover staff when Supervisor off, as needed.

  • Prepare client/internal monthly presentations for active projects.

  • Perform other duties as necessary when the business needs arise.

What You Will Need :

  • High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent in lieu of diploma/GED

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience in revenue cycle operations either within a provider organization(s) or business consulting.

  • Ability to take very high-level performance inquiries and structure into analysis and communicate back guidance.

  • Naturally drawn and inquisitive personality to understand business performance through data and technology.

  • Professional experience and confidence to work with Leadership and staff from client and Guidehouse.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to take strong challenges to analysis not as personal challenges but as an opportunity to ensure accuracy and refinement.

  • Strong problem solving, issue management and critical decision-making skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, people management and influence skills.
