What You Will Do :
Senior-level procurement assistance
Performs tasks that require detailed knowledge and experience in Grant administration and Award practices and principles such as: soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and preparing grants for award; administering grants; and analyzing and evaluating cost and price proposals.
Additional tasks include, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining grant files, generating more complex grant documents, utilizing procurement and grant systems, data entry, analysis and reporting
Support includes but is not limited to assistance in: procurement and administrative services, agency contracting, purchase card, training purchases, grants and agreements and the SBIR/STTR programs.
What You Will Need :
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Professional Experience Required: 8 years
Experience should include grant administration and award practices and principles such as: soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and preparing grants for award; administering grants; and analyzing and evaluating cost and price proposals.
Ability to work onsite at client office Stennis Space Center as needed
Must reside or ability to reside within 60 miles of Stennis Space Center
