What You Will Do :

Guidehouse is seeking a strong Consultant to join our Defense & Security Segment, where they will support workforce analysis and model experiments focused on new workforce model concepts for a renowned Research and Development (R&D) client. The Workforce Operating Model Consultant is expected to participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues; conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports for senior leaders.

What You Will Need :

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

• ONE (1) + years’ of relevant experience supporting science and technology-based organization(s), human capital, and/or strategy and communication initiatives

• Ability to work onsite at client location

• Ability to travel as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance A Master’s Degree in Business or a STEM-related field of study

• Commercial or Government human capital experience in an R&D organization

• Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) experience

• Strong problem solving skills

• Experience directly interfacing with federal government clients in high levels of leadership

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal

• Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
